If the Return Is Due To:

  • Manufacturing defect

→ m-town attire will bear the return shipping cost.

If the Return Is Due To:

  • Size issues

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

→ Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Shipping charges paid during the original order are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.


8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
